Current, former or retired federal civilian employees may be entitled to compensation for improperly charged military leave. Prior to 2000 federal agencies charged military reservists for days which they were not required to work. A recent landmark ruling (originally known as Butterbaugh) allows affected individuals to file claims.

Tully Rinckey, PLLC will provide legal services at no cost to the employee for any federal civilian employee eligible for compensation.

To get started or to see if you are eligible please download and complete an intake form below. If you are not sure if you qualify for a claim, please submit a form anyway and we will contact you.

If you do not have the capability to download a form or print it, you can request that we mail you one.
